Is my order signature required

For Australian Customers

Express Shipping - DHL Express
Parcels on this service are by default Signature Required and have detailed tracking points. Should you choose DHL Express on checkout, please ensure someone is available to receive the item(s) on arrival.

Standard Shipping - AUS Post
Parcels on this service are Non-Signature Required and have minimal tracking points. Should you choose standard shipping on checkout Mix Wizard nor AUS Post is able to refund or replace items that have been lost or stolen after being successfully delivered to your property. 

Can I change/switch signature requirement?
If you selected DHL Express on checkout you will be sent an SMS txt message on the mobile number you provided at checkout. This txt will provide a link to where you can update the delivery method for your parcel. You can choose to opt-out of signature required, redirect the parcel to a pickup location, leave the parcel with a neighbour, or pause the delivery if you are away on holiday. You can also visit DHL - On-Demand Delivery page, use your tracking number (Waybill Number) to locate your parcel and select your preferred delivery method.

If you selected NZ/AUS Post on checkout this service does not have a signature required option. 


For New Zealand Customers

Overnight Delivery 
You have the choice to opt-in for either signature required or non-signature on this service during checkout. We highly recommend selecting signature required to protect a false or incorrect delivery of your parcel. Should you choose no signature on checkout Caktus Vape nor NZ Post are able to refund or replace items that have been lost or stolen after being successfully delivered to your property. 

Saturday Delivery 
You have the choice to opt-in for either  signature required or non-signature on this service during checkout. We highly recommend selecting signature required to protect a false or incorrect delivery of your parcel. Should you choose no signature on checkout Caktus Vape nor NZ Post are able to refund or replace items that have been lost or stolen after being successfully delivered to your property. 

Can I change/switch signature requirement?
You can change/switch your signature requirement on your delivery by going to the NZ Post website, use your tracking number to find your order and click the Leave My Parcel or Redirect My Parcel buttons on the page.
