Is my order signature required
For New Zealand Customers
You can opt for either signature required or no-signature during checkout. We highly recommend selecting the signature required option to protect against a false or incorrect delivery of your parcel. Should you choose no signature on checkout Caktus Vape nor NZ Post are able to refund or replace items that have been lost or stolen after being successfully delivered to your property.
You can change/switch your signature requirement on your delivery by going to the NZ Post website, using your tracking number to find your order and clicking the Leave My Parcel or Redirect My Parcel buttons on the page.
For Australian Customers
Parcels shipped via DHL Express are by default Signature Required. You will be sent an SMS message to the mobile number you provided at checkout. This SMS will provide a link to where you can update the delivery method for your parcel. You can choose to opt-out of the signature required, redirect the parcel to a pickup location, leave the parcel with a neighbour, or pause the delivery if you are away on holiday. You can also visit DHL - On-Demand Delivery page, use your tracking number (Waybill Number) to locate your parcel, and select your preferred delivery method.
We offer 2 options with Aus Post. 1) Signature required no Attention to Leave, meaning there must be someone to receive the parcel on delivery. 2) Signature with Attention to Leave, meaning the courier will knock and see if someone is available to receive the parcel, if no one is available the courier has authority to leave the parcel in a safe place. Once your parcel has shipped you will not be able to change the signature required option for this delivery.
